OK, here 's the thing. I wanted to end up my stay in Sarande with nice dinner so I went to a place which I was thinking to visit during my whole stay. I had no plan whatsoever of what I want to eat but waiter who came to me just simply said: 'we have the best tuna in the house '. Well, bring it on! Let 's go with that. I had the grilled squid and my husband the sea bass. Both were fresh and tasty. The house wine was also good. The service at this restaurant is impeccable. Ben our server was so professional, helpful and kind. We would go back just to see him again. The location is also fantastic. Thank you Centrali for a lovely evening

I had the special fillet steak, which comes with potatoes and grilled vegetables; I demolished all of it. Had a great dessert afterwards. Altogether, with a glass of wine and a large bottle of water, it was around $50. That’s all great, but the service made it an experience to remember. I can’t recommend this place enough.
