I ordered an 8' birthday cake and while it looked pretty nice when I picked it up when I got it home, the frosting was slipped off on the side of a third of the cake. At the time when I did it a few hours later almost the entire side Frosting was down around the bottom of the cake. Frosting was 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick and obviously only too hard to stay.
