I ordered the lobster tacos from the takeout window. The wait was reasonable. When I opened the takeout box, I found two very small tacos on a bed of Spanish rice, accompanied by two slivers of lemon and two slivers of avocado. Located at the very end of the Santa Barbara pier, the Shellfish Company was recommended to us when we checked into our hotel.
This place is on a damn pier so YOU KNOW the seafood better be good IT WAS.

The tacos were so small that they must have a special supplier for the tiny taco shells. The plastic fork provided was only half an inch wide, which seemed odd. Additionally, the price on the bill was higher than the price listed on the online menu. This restaurant on the pier seems to cater more towards tourists, so locals may want to avoid it in order to avoid disappointment.

This restaurant, located on the pier, seems to cater to tourists. I would recommend staying away if you are a local in order to avoid disappointment.
