We were at the end of September testing the sushi tasting menu. It was an amazing experience. the deal was magnificent from the very moment of arrival thanks to the kindness of josé manuel. the menu that had prepared us was delicious, both for the quality of the ingredients and for the mime of the preparation. every dish that came out was on the previous one. all this was accompanied by an exquisite chamomile that was a discovery. We repeat as soon as we return to San Francisco.
It's been a great sensory experience. the music, the environment and the food has been like climbing to the sky with dessert. Torrija with spectacular pastry cream, takes you to the sky. thanks to the cook, josé manuel a teacher who deserves a street
