Terrific happy hour and great options. Sushi is very fresh and their service seems to be improving. They had a good band playing in the bar that was just the right noise level to enjoy but not make you have to raise your voice to talk to your table.
Shiki worked at her service and it was shows. Beautiful smiling waiting person was very nice, no and helpful. The Sushi andramenarealways good isdieveggie and shrimp Tempoura, light and airy. Yum.
We visited Shiki at least monthly. The variety on the menu is very good, no complaints about the quality of food or raw fish, they usually have seats, and I have no complaints about the service. Overall, it is a good last minute choice in a packed San Carlos/Redwood City area.
