Excellent Chile en nogada and in general highly recommended! Congratulations!
I give the person who invited us in a 10, but the food, honestly without seasoning, with all due respect to the cook, who I do not doubt tries to do her best, but I think she has to improve the seasoning and the quality over everything in the nogada that was more cream than nutty.
