Menu
A comprehensive menu of Saison from San Andreas featuring all 47 dishes and drinks can be found here on the list.
The Saltwater Grill in Galveston has recently updated its menu with new offerings while still maintaining their popular dishes. The grilled redfish was cooked perfectly, with a nice crisp on the edges and moist, flavorful fish. Although the lack of bread was disappointing, the restaurant still delivers delicious options. The atmosphere is lively but can get noisy, making it a great spot for special occasions. While the cost may be on the higher end, the unique dishes such as antelope meat and Santa Barbara uni make it worth a try. Overall, Saltwater Grill offers a memorable dining experience with excellent food and service, making it a must-visit restaurant in Galveston.

Was Alanis O'Keefe at Saison a mag?
This was our second visit to Saltwater Grill. The food was delicious and the service unmatched. We will definitely dine here again on our next visit to Galveston. View all feedback.
What Amani McDermott dislikes about Saison:
The food was tasty. The waiter was a little less than average as far as skill set. I didn't care for how they ran out of bread. It was very noisy in the section that we were sat in. But all in all it was not a bad experience just didn't knock my socks off. View all feedback.
Unbelievably kreatiw, nothing else likes it. I had lamme over 7 away, bone broth, bein, roast, foam, heart. Sometimes I am dining alone and they reached my expectations and more. very competent and interactive staff. the variety of taste and textures was incredible. one of my best meals.
Eating is nice and service is top notch. I didn't like the souly with roasted bread, because it tastes too hard, especially with the sauce. two bites knock you out of consciousness, they noticed and instead offered me an avocado version that was much more to eat. the thing I didn't like was asked to type even if a 20% service fee has already been added. yet tilted because I didn't know how much the service fee will go to the personal. I have seen more and more restaurants and it is extremely dishonest. season was also the only restaurant in my last memory, which has charged both a “SF mandate” and a 20% supplement, and then I expected them to tap. If you want to keep the guests happy, please simply increase the menu price and remove the tipp section from their input.
I came to my birthday in the pandemic and we had the tasting menu with a wine pairing. the food and service were excellent, but for the price, I would not say that this was the best Michelin star restaurant in sf. worth visiting. I would recommend the weeping.
