The restaurant, located inside Hotel Nikko, offers a refined and classy dining experience with outstanding service. While some dishes were hit or miss, the appetizers and starters were sufficient to create a full meal. Speciality cocktails were delicious, and the tuna starter was described as buttery and delicious. The atmosphere was calm, with ambient jazz playing softly. Some diners experienced slow service and mixed experiences with certain dishes, but overall praised the impeccable service received. The menu was noted as somewhat limited, but with standout dishes such as The Rock. Despite some inconsistencies, Anzu remains a recommended dining option for future visits.

The service person basically acted like he didn't really like what he was doing and was rushing to get out of talking to you. He even did not get the right order for the dessert and then arrived pretty late
Anzu is refined, classy, and very relaxing. Service is some of the best we've had very attentive, friendly, and efficient I could do with a more expanded menu as most dishes have either avocado, very spicy ingredients, or raw fish none of which I eat. The garlic noodles with shrimp was good, but not something I would order again. Their green and caesar salads were outstanding as was the cheesecake
The food was awful, my meat was hard to cut, cold and chewy. I told the waitress about my steak and she only apologized. Besides, the waitress included her own tip without consulting me before. It is not worth paying too much for something that isnot good
Very disappointed.Went with my family for dinner and we were greater with unintelligible mubles from behind a huge mask in horrible English by some guy who informed us that only the bar was open. This right after he delivered food to existingcustomers. Just weird. Hard pass.
