What Cindy dislikes about Hardee’s:
Drove up to place an order at 7:45 pm New Year's Eve. No response at the speaker. Drove to the pick-up window, no one in sight. Sign on the window said restaurant was open until 8 pm New Year's Eve. I tapped, then tapped hard on the window and called out. Still no one in sight. Lights were on in the dining room, the menus were lit up....and still no one. What a lousy way to run a business. The breakfast I had was outstanding, deserving a perfect score of 5 for the delicious food. The service was very good as well, earning a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant too, also receiving a score of 4. Overall, a great dining experience!
The egg and sausage biscuit was excessively greasy. The coffee was decent, but it was overfilled and had a messy top. The most disappointing part was the dining area and beverage station, which were extremely dirty. The area for sweeteners, creamers, lids, and stirrers was in disarray, and there were no stirrers available for the coffee. The sweeteners were nearly empty, and the dining area had dirty tables and floors—it was a complete mess. I opted for takeout service.

Additionally, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired, resulting in a 2 out of 5. Overall, while the food was acceptable, the customer service and environment could use significant improvement.
