We drive about 25 miles to go to Murphy’s Inn…one of the main reasons is the “service”. The owners, their daughters, managers and their entire staff are amazing. They are pleasant and very attentive. They definitely go above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful eating experience. The cozy and charming setting makes us feel right at home.. we try to eat there 2 or 3 times a week. Murphy's Pub is a notable landmark in St. Clair, and the food, service, and atmosphere are truly exceptional.

We have eaten here a few times. I love the casual of the restaurant, where you are told sit where you want we follow you. In some restaurants this may mean you may have awhile before we wait on you, not here. The service is fantastic. Not only do they wait on you immediately, they check on you several times to make sure all is okay and not just the person waiting on your but others come by to make sure food, service all is good. This is extremely rare in a restaurant. We have had the all you can eat fish on Friday and it is some of the best we have had with a real beer batter fish. Yesterday I had the chicken salad plate which came with fresh fruit and warm pita. The chicken salad is the best I have had, the fruit was a nice mix of fresh seasonal variety. So good. The atmosphere is that of a pub/bar with lots of historic photos. A true winner .
Staff is amazing! It's always a pleasure to be able to stop in here. I've never stayed here , so couldn't tell u anything about the rooms . It's a great place to eat n have a few cocktails ? Nearby activities: Golf course within walking
