The first fish chips I tasted was in Heyless and I must say frankly that it was excellent. The fish is panicked as it is necessary, the crispy and melting fries with a taste of sea salt. The tartar sauce to fall short. I read a person's comment that said the sauce is industrial and the disgusting meal. This person is certainly not gastronomer and must be accustomed to eating cheap and mcdo. Whoever does not recognize the home fact clearly shows his ignorance of the kitchen. A slight flat on the prices I find a little high but it's the neighborhood that wants it, with the frames that pass every noon.
