My wife and I have never had a bad meal from King Sushi, being a vegetarian I have found their vegetarian options to be brilliant and all produce to be fresh and their fried rice is one of the best I have ever had, if not the best. View all feedback.

Third time we have eaten here. Food is fair to middling - not traditional Japanese nor do I think that they are positioning themselves as that. Singapore noodles better than others I've had locally, curries only ok. View all feedback.
I get yummy take away from King Sushi .We love the Laksa. and the sushi . they also have the best flavored dim sims on the peninsula .

I absolutely adore this restaurant and make it a point to visit every time I am in the peninsula. The sushi is consistently fresh, sourced locally each day from David Prosser nearby. However, my favorite part of the menu is the Malaysian dishes. Chef Tony Sim, who has been cooking for decades, really knows his way around the wok. The fried kwai teo, Singapore noodles, and hokkien mee are all bursting with flavor. I also can't get enough of the beef rendang, which I always make sure to order. This place is a must-visit for me whenever I am in the area.
King Sushi has the best food in Rye. A hidden secret is the selection of Malaysian dishes. Their mee goreng, beef rendang and curry laksa are better than what you get in Melbourne.
