I have been to Arby's many times, and although I've had a mix of good and bad experiences, I want to highlight that it is the cleanest store/restaurant I have ever visited. View all feedback.
I want to start by emphasizing how impressively clean this restaurant is. I genuinely enjoy their food, but one employee stood out to me on Thursday. I asked for her name, and while I can't remember it perfectly, I know it starts with a 'T.' To keep it short, she was incredibly polite and respectful, always responding with "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am." I truly appreciated her positive demeanor, and I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.
The restaurant is incredibly clean both inside and outside. The staff is courteous and respectful. As someone who has OCD regarding cleanliness, I was very impressed with the high standard of hygiene here.
