Scenic poolside views and a holiday atmosphere are highlights, though the room is bright and loud rather than cozy and service can be inconsistent. Occasional missteps — from mixed mussel and cocktail experiences to chipped plateware — keep it firmly casual rather than fine‑dining, ideal for relaxed lunches, family dinners and poolside evenings.
Great family restaurant! The food was delicious, especially the pizza! The pools and exterior views are really pleasant to the eye and there is a real holiday feeling for you! The employees were friendly and management visible and did their job.
Very picturesque restaurant that monitors the cascade pool and its waterfalls. The food is delicious and they are very accommodating when it comes to changing your order. I ordered Margherita with pulled chicken (not on the menu, but they did it anyway) and a penne arabiatta, both with Chilis on the side. Absolutely divine. Kudos to the friendly waitress who served the table!
Celebrated my birthday and honeymoon in Cascades Sun City. At the beginning I felt a bit neglected by service...informed front personnel and General Manager Dean appeared in a second. He immediately turned everything around in a polite and professional way. The food was terribly fantastic. I give this place a 5-star rating on service and professionalism....and Dean a 10.
We always have a great experience here. Today we had sushi, mussels and Calamari. All made for perfection! With excellent service from Mtutuzeli to finish it! Thank you. And stop it!
Just don't do it. Absolutely shocking service. Sat down at table that was not cleared. After 10 minutes asked waiter for menus and service. After 10 more called manager to get menus and table cleared. Still no attention so we sat and Googled an alternative restaurant and then walked out. After almost 40 minutes we had not even been offered a drink. Managers clueless.
