Shortly after, the second employee also went to the back, leaving no one to assist customers or clean the tables. The staff appeared to lack motivation, and stronger management is needed to oversee their actions.
A Delicious Gem! Royal Palm Ice Cream ranks among my top two ice cream spots in the Palm Beaches, alongside a place that focuses on gelato. If you’re in search of exceptional ice cream, this is the destination. The service was remarkably friendly and efficient, and the portion sizes are incredibly generous! The ice cream is exceptionally creamy and smooth. I tried the fudge brownie yesterday, and when I chose two scoops, it felt more like 3.5 scoops! I lost count of the flavors available, but there were definitely more than I could keep track of. This place truly earns a solid 10/10 for ice cream!
