We discovered this restaurant in Rosans O'Fouchat in the village of Rosans where we come very often. From now on we will also come regularly to this good place where we have been very well received and where we enjoyed a good terroir cuisine with local products. The chef goes to each table to explain the origin of the products. A true quality for the village of Rosans. You will enjoy visiting this beautiful medieval village of Hautes-Alpes.

We went to O’Fourchat over our holidays in France and we absolutely loved it. The products were all local and fresh and exquisitely prepared. The restaurant is ran by the chef and his wife, who are both very welcoming and love to come chat explain what we are eating and where the products are from definitely adds to the experience! Highly recommend this little gem. Food: 5
