I was there with my family for a coffee, the service was terrible as I was just asking for a Macchiato with cold milk, and I guess the owner came to say the following words: we are not Sarg specialists, so we don't do ice cream coffee, you can go somewhere else, I was shocked, and even my English man who doesn't understand that Italy is the rudeness of the tone...
