The staff just need a bit more training to better assist customers, particularly in ensuring that everyone receives the credits on their subway map. I was told I would receive one, but it never happened.
This is the best sandwich place I’ve been to, and their customer service is outstanding—I've worked with Subway in the USA, and this is even better. No joke! The person who made my sandwich was really proud of her work.
