I typically don't go out of my way to leave a review on Google for a fast food restaurant, but this specific Checker location was so exceptional that I felt compelled to. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, and the food was served quickly and hot. The fries tasted fresh and clean. Unfortunately, I had a long wait at this restaurant. I was informed that the BBQ sauce would be an extra charge, even though I ordered chicken nuggets. There were large amounts of messy gooey substance around the window, which made the place feel unclean. Additionally, cars kept pulling up and people were trying to skip ahead in line at the window, which was quite frustrating. View all feedback.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant was excellent. Kareena greeted us with a warm smile and provided excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and ensured that our order was accurate. The food was served hot and delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy and the burgers were fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. It is likely the best customer service and fast food in Romulus.
