Was Pete H at Be.re. Trapizzino a mag?
Walking distance from the Vatican and much more heavenly. A line up of beers from around the world and I didn't see a bad one on tap. They had 2 beer engines for cask ale and 3 firkins sitting behind the bar. Staff was super nice and suggest beer to try. One gent spoke English and schooled me on IGA (Italian Grape Ale style). 100% recommend this place for drinks. I saw some good server and it looked good, but can't t... View all feedback.
From the moment I entered Be.Re., I was struck by its inviting and rustic ambiance. The warm colors, soft lighting, and charming decor created the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. As I perused the menu, the concept of Trapizzino intrigued me a fusion of Italian flavors wrapped in beautiful focaccia. It promised to be a culinary adventure, and it certainly delivered. First, I dug into the Meatball Trapizzino, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The meatballs were succulent and bursting with savory goodness, complemented by the rich, tangy red sauce. The focaccia exterior was pillowy yet slightly crisp, providing the perfect vessel to contain this flavorful masterpiece. Each bite was a symphony of textures and tastes that left me craving more. The Chicken Alfredo Trapizzino was equally impressive. The tender pieces of chicken were generously coated in a luscious Alfredo sauce that was velvety and indulgent. The focaccia, once again, served as the ideal vehicle for delivering this delectable combination to my taste buds. The balance of flavors in this dish was impeccable, and it showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs at Be.Re. One aspect that truly sets Be.Re. apart is its dedication to quality ingredients. It was evident that only the freshest and finest components were used in crafting these Trapizzini. Each ingredient played a vital role in creating a harmonious and memorable dining experience. The staff at Be.Re. were not only attentive but also passionate about their offerings. They took the time to explain the concept of Trapizzino and made thoughtful recommendations, enhancing my dining adventure. It 's clear that they take pride in delivering exceptional service along with their extraordinary food. In conclusion, my visit to Be.Re. was a culinary journey that I won 't soon forget. The Meatball Trapizzino and Chicken Alfredo Trapizzino were the stars of the show, and the concept of wrapping Italian flavors in focaccia was sheer brilliance. If you 're in [insert location] and seeking an unforgettable dining experience that combines innovation, quality, and a warm Italian embrace, Be.Re. is the place to be. It 's a testament to the beauty of Italian cuisine reimagined in a way that will leave your taste buds singing with joy.

Daft punk, English rock, and some hip hop playing overhead. Good vibe. Addendum: Had food and it's even better. How do I rate 5 1/2 stars? Run, don't walk, to this place.
Great selection of craft beer at this little taproom outside Vatican City. Interesting and tasty variation on pizza as well.
This place was about a 10 (or less) minute walk from the Vatican city. Our tour guide walked us here for lunch, after our early morning tour of the Vatican. We wanted to try the TRAPIZZINO and local craft beers. For trapizzino, we tried: the MEATBALLS, CHICKEN, DOUBLE CREAM w/ anchovies, and the EGGPLANT PARMESAN. Everything was tasty and personally, I liked the chicken the best. It honestly tasted like Filipino adobo. The beers that we tried were pretty good as well. The service was friendly and efficient. The bathroom on the second floor was clean and the dining area inside was nice and clean as well. We sat at the outdoor area to enjoy the gorgeous day in Rome. Grazie!
