Worst than McDonald?s and Burger King staff all together. I?m literally sending an email to corporate. You don?t care about peoples allergies. What do you think would happen? Keep giving the orders with the SPECIFIC allergies they told you they haveand see how many lawsuits you get in a month. And don?t even get me started about the coffee with the taste of drainage. Iusually don?t even bother to review when it?s less than 3 starts but DMN you are definitely winners. Has to do with the factthat you hire middle school children underpaid without adult supervision. Is that even legal? And after taxes you pay themabout what, 5-7$ an hour?
My husband but a box of six donuts two of the donuts had hair my husband bought breakfast for my kids and I and my daughter Order a bacon egg and cheese it had black hair in the food. This is disgusting please if you?re going to be making the breakfastor touching donuts make sure you?re covering your hair and we can avoid these disgusting things to happen.????????????????????
I wish there was an option for 0 stars that I noticed a change of managements. this jamie person should not lead anyone. while others work in a hurry, she's on her phone. a friend of mine said he saw her go out twice in an hour, provided a smoke break. I can see this place losing good employees. even if I receive amazing performance in the morning, I may not come back as long as it is.
Every time I visit this place, it seems like my order is consistently wrong. I always order a bagel with cream cheese, yet I either receive none at all or just a tiny amount. It's really frustrating to spend money there, only to end up having to buy extra cream cheese because I don't get enough.
I have to say this was the first time I've experienced an employee scoffing at my wife and me. We didn't realize that her drink didn’t come with creamer. When we asked if we could get some, we were met with a scoff and an eye roll. It may have been a stressful day for her, but it was still unprofessional.
