Future Future in Richmond is a must-visit for modern Japanese cuisine in Melbourne. The menu features creative dishes with high-quality produce, such as Agadashi tofu and gyoza wagu beef. The venue offers a relaxed yet chic ambiance, perfect for any occasion. While the cocktail list may not be impressive, the food and generous banquet options make it worth a visit. The authentic Japanese ramen is cooked perfectly, and dishes like chicken karaage and eggplant are outstanding. With friendly staff and delicious food, Future Future is a fantastic spot for a catch-up or a date in a trendy part of Richmond.
This restaurant serves some of the best ramen in the city. The authentic Japanese ramen is cooked to perfection upon order. The chicken karagae is outstanding and the eggplant is delightful. It's a fantastic spot for those seeking to escape and enjoy a Japanese meal in a laid-back setting with a friendly Japanese chef.Jordan
This restaurant is fantastic. I can't wait to return and sit on the balcony in the back on a beautiful day. The meatball katsu sando is amazing, a must-try, as well as the prawn and chicken gyoza. All the food was delicious and the service was excellent. A great new addition to Swan Street.
I’ve been meaning to try @future.future , modern Japanese in Richmond. I would definitely describe the venue, music and atmosphere as very cool. The vibe they’ve created is perfect for this trendy part of Richmond. We had a fun selection of tapas to rice bowls. I was super impressed by their eggplant dishes and would have to say they were my favourite. So perfectly soft and flavours were not necessarily traditionally Japanese but 100% delicious! Great place for good vibes with friends!
Great food. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–120
We have over 6 people in the group hence we can only have omakase $90/person). The portion is good, but the taste are just okay. Of all dishes I only love the aburi tuna with tofu cream, and the crispy skin of pumpkin tofu. For the drinks, coffee one with matcha dust is not bad but the melon soda one is so so. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $80–100
