Was Caitlin Juarez at Java Land a mag?
I went here with a few people last night and it was very tasty. I ordered the sweet potato fries and they were fantastic. My friends ordered the popcorn chicken and regular fries and the dumplings. Everything was very good and flavorful. View all feedback.
What Mark Alcala dislikes about Java Land:
They have a really frustrating policy regarding their hot tea pots. I arrived at 7 PM and ordered one, but the girl at the front told us she couldn’t serve it because they were only an hour away from closing. I was extremely upset! We drove 30 minutes to get there specifically for their tea, arrived well before closing, and they still refused to serve us what we wanted. This is terrible customer service. View all feedback.
Awesome coffee with a very calming atmosphere. I have been trying new coffee places in the area to do a little work. Also, there are 2 separate sections, one with tables and one with a more relaxing feel (including board games and cards) to enjoy with friends. Bonus they have real food too!This place is AMAZING!! A must try!
Nice staff, great environment.Been there many times in June...They do offer the patron card (buy 10 get 1 free), but watch out for it by yourself because they won't mention it otherwise they'd get 5 star from me.
Always went to JavaLand for a a great Coffee Milk Tea with Boba… But today the drink is pure water downed Coffe Milk Tea…New girl with no smile on the face not even a hello.. Not good if this continues ??? And I always tell my friends about JavaLand… 6-14-22 1:43pm
Update: Customer service has gone down quite a bit. The employees are notably on the phone or listening to music (no biggie) but having to repeat an order multiple times because of it is silly. If I'm honest, it almost feels like you're inconveniencing them for ordering things it's quite sad since it's such a cute little place.The cheesecake is amazing! I think it gets hard to find good cheesecake and this place definitely hits the spot! I don't think you can go wrong with any of the drinks. We've had the Vietnamese coffee, strawberry tea, Berry mojito, and a few more and have never been disappointed. Plus the atmosphere is really nice inside!
