My wife and I had an amazing experience here. The owner, who is also the chef, was super cool and friendly. She spoke good English and gave us recommendations on her menu. It looks like the menu changes every now and then, but a few core items stay the same. We both finished our plates clean, that's how delicious the food is. Italian in Tsukiji? Yes, it is possible. But understand that this is not your run-of-the-mill italian places you can find everywhere with poorly cooked spaghetti and pizzas. Here we have an Italian, bistro, eat by the counter, chat with the cook type of place. And try the grappa, it is excellent! They speak very well English also, it is almost too good to be true. Have been here two times now, and I will be coming back.
