Our weekends don't start until we've had our white chocolate mocha frostbites! And the whipped cream, topped with a milkbone for the doggos a treat for us all after a long week! We would all take a 32oz if it weren't 2 pounds of the most delicious drink and whipped cream ever! FORGET STARBUCKS YA'LL! They don't have anything on Big Foot Javas drink choice and pupcups!
First going but there experience was worth while. I love the fact they are open late. The staff was amazing and very kind. I ordered a simple Americano so not much to discuss there but overall a very good experience.
These girls come here to hang out not to work. Huge turn over rate no one is trained properly. You can tell they get paid hourly moving at a snails pace Always see them on there phones. I used to love this store, but the quality of service has deprecated to the point where it 's unreasonable over the past two years. Today was the last straw. I had a large order for my 3 children, my husband, and myself. My husband could not remember myorder, so he asked me. I figured I 'd take the opportunity to ask about their specials, because there 's nothing more than apicture and a name. Right now they 're all Seahawks themed, so who knows what 's in them. The lady who was serving us said, "Theydon 't know what they want, and WALKED AWAY to serve the Lamborghini in the other lane that had two customers inside. Little didshe know I usually tip profusely and would have definitely ordered more than what two people could possibly consume. Her loss,and Big Foot 's too, because I won 't try a third store.
