Probably we discovered the Schmalzcafé in Burg. Super beautiful ambience, delicious cakes and friendly service. It's not better.
The Rheiderland is certainly not known to everyone under this name. You will find these plates north of Papenburg between Ems and the Dutch border. In the north, near the Emssperrwerk is the village of Ditzum, which belongs to the municipality of Jemgum.
