Absolutely appalling service, I ordered a yuk sung and Singapore fried rice on Christmas Eve. And I got something that tasted like chicken casserole instead the yuk sung. Since when ? The fried rice tasted like there was washing up liquid in it . I Called up to complain for the bloke working there to have him put the phone down on me. FIRST TIME IVE BEEN SINCE NEW OWNERS, I miss the old food !!! I even gave the delivery driver a tip too . No wonder they only take cash, I would be asking for a refund from just eat
I went to this restaurant tonight and ordered Chinese food. I have never had any issues with this place before, but the meal I received was absolutely terrible. The chicken fried rice was dry and tough, the chicken balls were rock hard, the chicken satay skewers were burnt, and the duck chow mein was dry. The curry and sweet and sour sauces were very watery. Everything was extremely salty and unappetizing. I tried to call to get a refund since I didn't eat any of the meal, but couldn't get through. I have been a customer of this restaurant for years, but I will not be returning after this experience.
I will not be eating from here again I would not ever again and don’t eat from here food is dirty.
Awful! Crispy lemon chicken was mushy, fried rice wasn’t fried, soggy chips, you don’t do quorn anymore, substitute was awful. What a waste of money Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10
Absolute waste of money, worst ever. I've been coming to parks for 10 years but today's is my last. Changed the menu and put veg in everything chicken is all sloppy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
