In my humble opinion, Pagato is hands down the best coffee shop in Redding. I discovered this little gem about a year ago, and it has been my absolute favorite ever since. In my humble opinion, Pagato is hands down the best coffee shop in Redding. I discovered this little gem about a year ago, and it has been my absolute favorite ever since. I haven't enjoyed specialty lattes as much anywhere else since my time in Orange County! The Honey Lavender latte is simply the best—I've ordered it every time for the past three months. The baristas really know what they’re doing, and the atmosphere is so cozy. The brick wall and bar by the window create an incredibly pleasing aesthetic. The staff and manager are genuinely focused on building relationships; they’re the sweetest people! There’s no other place I’d rather go to work or write. I can’t wait for them to open on weekends!
Great coffee and pastries. My daughter Grace said the smoothy was the best in town--all natural, no added sugar. My hazelnut mocha was perfect!

I traveled all the way from Marysville and had an amazing experience! The coffee was the best I've ever had, and the customer service was even better. The ground turkey tacos were absolutely fantastic!
This is a charming little hidden gem! Be sure not to overlook their wonderfully flavored coffees and the daily quiche!
