This is undoubtedly one of the best cakes I have ever tasted—definitely the best you can purchase! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I went to Gambles Bakery yesterday. I called ahead and asked if they sold sour dough bread the man told me well the only type sour dough bread we have is the sandwich sliced. wich was perfect! I have ordered cakes for large gatherings multiple times from Gambles Bakery, including cakes for birthdays, an anniversary celebration, and two life celebrations. Each time, Gambles has exceeded my expectations with their stunning cake designs! The cake and frosting are absolutely delicious! Thank you, Gambles!

Jeremy and Staff, I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for Luke's Celebration of Life. You went above and beyond for our family and me. I don't know if he ever told you, but Gamble's has always been our go to place for weddings, showers, Christmas, graduations or just to stop by for some cookies. This bakery is amazing! There Italian wedding cookies are the best I've ever had! They taste just like my grandmother's who is from Italy. They have an assortment of baked goods. Right now they are only open Fri and Sat 7am to 12pm. They also make birthday cakes.
BEST CAKES EVER !!! Rye bread is also OUTSTANDING !!! A must if visiting or vacationing the Lake George region.
