The customer service is lacking. The attitudes of the young staff members leave much to be desired, which makes it hard to feel motivated to spend my money here.
Pleasant personnel and a spotless store. especially at the delivery end, very quick service. Very hot cuisine, depending on the time of day.
Don’t try calling, you’ll die before you get a response. Also Ordering on ubereats they charge you for condiments. And there is not one person thinking hey Maybe the customer may want butter or jelly with the biscuits. SMH.
I ordered and paid for a 3pc meal,I only received 2pc.My drinks we?re wrong and warm had no ice.Not good service at all on the behalf of the person who prepared the order nor the uber eats delivery guy.They should make sure the order is correct beforesending it out to the customer for delivery.The purpose of me ordering for delivery is for convenience,and no hassle.I won?t beordering again through Uber eats I?ll go in person next time to make sure my order is correct .I?m not satisfied at all with thecare that went into preparing my order
Twice I've been there and each time I order two of anything, I come home to discover one item is missing...that I paid for!
