The staff here are friendly, but the restaurant could benefit from having more employees on duty. During my visits, I've mostly seen only two people working, which isn't sufficient for such a busy location. They often run low on supplies, leading to certain menu items selling out quickly. I order a big coffee and 3 donuts and I ask an empty becher and wait that there will be 25c for empty bechers, I said ok, after all that they give me quittung I will not show it displayed 25c in reception I tell them that I have paid for bechers I get and she tells me no entry for empty becher, I tell her that I have not paid you 25c. but I'm telling her I didn't buy any bones. give me the entrance for empty cup was bad experience. never again?
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The donuts were terrible. I ordered a white donut with sprinkles, and it was hard and unpleasant to taste. I reported this to the staff and asked for a glazed donut instead, but it was also hard and lacking in flavor. I won't be returning! Food rating: 1/5.
The donuts should not be punctured tomorrow morning at 8 o'clock. Food rating: 2/5.
