Service is slow and they are cheap. What's the point of having a franchise when you can't keep the same quality
I always come to this Dunkin' location for my daily black coffee because the service is always quick. The only downside is that this Dunkin' is smaller than the other one I usually go to.
It?s a hot mess. They didn?t know what they were doing. I placed my order 15 minutes ago and they didn?t even see it until I told them what I ordered online. Also, they messed up my order last time when I asked for sweetener and they put no sugar atall. Overall, they should be trained better.
Saturday morning 7:30, one guest drinking coffee in the corner and four DD workers standing behind the counter talking, giggling, and not responding to my twice, ?Good morning? and ?may I order please?. Very ignorant and entitled staff. I go to thenearby Home Depot and from time to time get coffee and bagels for breakfast, but from now on I will take my business somewhereelse. America runs on Dunkin, but not all Dunkin?s will run if their service is like this.
