I ordered their 3 cheese ravioli with rosé sauce and was pretty disappointed. It tasted like as if they served me a can of Chef Boyardee. Very underwhelming. Couldn't finish the dish. Will not be coming back.
I have ordered several times online for deliveries and each time I give the chance to the runner but after several disappointments of having to wait 1h30 2h for an order and having to call several times to finally be told that he haven't even prepared my order yet knowing that I've been waiting for 1h30 already.. I often go there and I've never had a problem but in terms of delivery there really is room for serious improvement..I am very disappointed..

I typically enjoy dining at Topla, but my experience today was quite disappointing. I ordered my usual dish, pasta with rosé sauce, but I was left feeling unsatisfied. Normally, I receive a generous serving, but this time the bowl was nearly empty, and I could see the bottom. The sauce, which is usually rich and creamy, was watery from the pasta. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location (Pyramid).
We placed an online delivery order over an hour ago, and just 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, we received a call saying there were no delivery drivers available and that our order was canceled. Consequently, we had to find another place to order from and wait for a refund. This was our first and last time using their service. Absolutely unacceptable.
