Was Anonym at Ozone a mag?
Galain, our hostess, could not be beat. We were in Quebec for a week with a group of hockey parents in for Pee Wee Quebec, we were made to feel welcome, comfortable and Galain did everything she could to accommodate us. Our group was in and out of Pub Ozone on numerous times throughout the week. The food was ok but not the reason for the visit - Bravo Galain, we'll be back. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Ozone:
the food here was not worth the long wait. very hectic environment even when there weren't many customers in the restaurant. you get what you pay for, though. inexpensive eat when you're on the go (but not when you're in a rush). View all feedback.
A pitcher of beer for $10 = a great deal! Super friendly lady bar tender to serve us. Window seats give a great view of life on the street.
We arrived at Ozone for lunch after a long Tuesday morning walking around Old Quebec and Champlain. There was plenty of seating indoors and out. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices which we expected to be a bit higher on Grande Allee. The lunch deal included soup and tea or coffee, as well as the main course. My husband had the burger with goat cheese and caramelized onions for $12; I had the fish and chips for $13. The fries were hot and crispy, some of the best I had in Quebec. Our sever was friendly and bilingual. Watch out -- there is one combined bathroom, so ladies, don't be surprised when you see urinals! (For travelers from the US: remember that Quebec is similar to Europe - you may have to ask for your check. When your server does not hover, that is a sign of respect for your mealtime, not neglect).

The security at this establishment is the worst I've ever experienced. They are aggressive and rude, especially towards their own customers. Their behavior is provocative, and I've witnessed at least ten instances of this.
