Disclaimer I AM a meat lover!__Okay so I've been to one other vegetarian Chinese place, and the quality here is 100% better.

I have been to dim sum more than 1,000 times in my life, so when my wife mentioned the vegetarian dim sum at Wu Tai, I was hesitant at first.
