A recently opened Dunkin' replacing a former Starbucks delivers familiar coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches but sacrifices atmosphere. Patrons note limited pastry selection, sporadic service with long waits and incomplete or frozen orders, unexpected extra charges, and spill-prone sip-style lids. It suits quick on-the-go stops and loyal chain fans, but those seeking a cozy, study- or meeting-friendly café with reliable hot food and attentive management may be disappointed.
Disappointing overall. The Starbucks (which this Dunkin replaced) was a better atmosphere, had better seating and was a nice place to meet or study. The new Dunkin seems cheap and boring. If you?re a fan of their coffee, donuts, or sandwiches, then you?ll find that here. The donut selection is limited.
I would like to give it silver stars for being charged extra but the options are only one star. I will be calling corporate office to let them know that they are charging not only me but charging other people extra!
There was a rock inside my mini stuffed bagel! Wth?! Cracked my darn tooth as i was chewing down! Not only that but they messed up my order too!!! Its crazy that this is happened from an on base location too! Really unacceptable?
They have dumb lids for their drinks. It 's a sip lid rather than the standard insert your straw lid . Which don 't sound that bad but it 's a big spill hazard. It 's wack, everything else is good tho.
This Dunkin? and all of the employees are seriously the best! So polite, helpful, and they take pride in making DELICIOUS coffee!
