First visit of my wife and I to this local boutique roaster and what an experience. Great hospitality and you can talk to the owner/roaster. He is keen to know your preferred flavour profile. Our preference after our first visit is Jungle and Valentino. Siboni's is very transparent about the origin of their blends. We both like this place and will be back. View all feedback.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, with fantastic service and delicious coffee. Our favorite blends were the Valentino and Jungle.
I absolutely adore Sibonis coffee, it is absolutely amazing! Definitely the best in Sydney, no question about it.
