Nestled in the heart of Providence, this vibrant donut shop attracts loyal fans with its inventive flavors and inviting atmosphere. While mostly bustling, the limited vegan options, available only on Wednesdays and Sundays, have some patrons craving more traditional choices. Diners rave about the massive, fresh donuts, noting their unique and seasonal offerings. Highlights include the Crème Brûlée and Brownie Tiramisu, alongside standouts like the blueberry frosted donut. Although the coffee selection leaves room for improvement, the experience is undeniably delightful. Overall, it's a must-visit destination for donut enthusiasts and vegans alike, but arriving early is essential.
Visited late morning on a weekend. Line was to the door but not outside, took about 9-12 min to get to counter. Selection was excellent with only 1 or 2 items already sold out. Donuts are large and exceptionally good. We bought a dozen to share with family and they came in what can only be described as a small suitcase sized box. Truly a comical amount of donuts. Prices are about the most I would spend on a donut, but the quality, size and flavor was off the charts so the3-4$ price is reasonable for what you get .
Had both the flourless donut options that day- blueberry frosted and the coffee cinnamon crunch. The blueberry one was delicious, didn?t care much for the other flavor. Hubs said the brioche donuts were a great experience. The cereal milk donut was as expected and fantastic. We ordered ahead to pick up and I thought the women helping me wasn?t that friendly.
I had heard great things about Pvdonuts from friends and finally got the chance to visit. The flavors of their donuts completely impressed me. I meant to grab just a few, but ended up wanting to try every variety! Every flavor I tasted was amazing, and I honestly can’t choose a favorite. I’ll definitely be back for more. Be sure to come early in the morning since they often sell out quickly, especially the vegan ones.
When we walked in i noticed quite a bit of people waiting in line which let me know i was in the right place to get a donut to remember. We ordered 6 donuts all of them uniquely delightful. But the Maple Bacon donut...that was hands down one of the bestdonuts I have ever tired. Well worth stopping here.
One of the best places to have donuts in Rhode Island. We had so many great options to chose from and decided to order the brioche based old fashioned donuts mostly. My top favorite one is maple and apple cider cake donut. Can?t wait to try otherflavors as well.
