Madelin on the bar was absolutely amazing’ very helpful in suggesting some small bites to have didn’t even have to check the menu drinks were amazing and as a local I will absolutely be back to indulge! Thank you madelin! Truly the best made the bar feel right at home
I’ve been to oberlin several times and every time I go there I am truly impressed by the calibre of food served. Flavors are surprising. The chef combines fresh ingredients with new flavors. Like kohlrabi Caesar salad, or ricotta with sweet corn. I love the integration of different type of fish with pasta based dishes. Would recommend
Excellent waiter and bartender service. Had a lovely brunch outside. Cocktails were delightful, bright, well crafted. Oysters were fresh. Big flavor (heavy food), but fair prices and fyi interior is well air conditioned.
I really appreciate this place with the thoughtful choices and sourcing of raw ingredients and wines and the passion for the product and excellent execution of cooking. It's a great example of a comfortable place with fantastic food and beverages and anenthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended. Reservations recommended.
I succeeded at last! In PVD, the proprietor had ran two eateries. I adored going to Birch because of the refined and authentic course menu it offered. Sadly, he or she had to close the eatery because to covid. Fortunately, the other restaurant, inOberlin, is still running a good operation. I tried to go to this eatery, but until today I had not succeeded. To celebrate oneof my friends' birthdays, me and my two buddies go to the restaurant. Very charming setting, kind staff, and most importantly,delicious cuisine! We ate raw scallops, fluke, focaccia, two pasta dishes, berry tart, and fluke. They were allmouthwatering! The raw scallops, fluke, and pesto pasta were especially delicious!
