I accidentally discovered Gilligan’s while waiting for a table at Los Andes, and I liked it so much that I returned later that night and again the following night. They crafted custom drinks for us and made us feel incredibly welcomed and at home. The service was impeccable, and the prices were excellent. I wish I lived closer so I could visit again soon!
