It’s not a fancy place, but is clean and pleasant, with many ceiling fans. This ceviche is DELICIOUS. I have tried quite a few local places, and this one has the BEST ceviche. Fresh, super flavourful, satisfying… they got the balance of flavours, and ratios of ingredients, just right. It’s mild, but if you like it spicy they provide freshly made habanero hot sauce (lime juice based) that you can use to easily dial up the heat without impacting the amazing taste. When dining-in you get yummy ‘botana’ (free snack sized servings of local foods). The drinks are very generously sized. The takeout is generous. From now on, unless I feel like eating on the beach, this is the only ceviche place I’m getting my ceviche from!
