Set in the Jellico Mountain area, this casual chicken spot serves decent strips, seasoned fries and standout sweet tea, plus a kid-friendly yard—appealing to families and travelers seeking a quick lunch. However, recurring issues temper the experience: frequent order mistakes, small or missing sides, overcooked or soggy items, inconsistent customization, long waits, and poor responsiveness to calls and emails. Expect a convenient, informal stop but be prepared for hit-or-miss food and service.
When we opened the meal, we found that one entire side was missing, and the portions for the sides we did receive were far too small to feed three people, let alone an entire family. I've attached a photo of one of the supposed "large" sides to illustrate. I tried calling the store multiple times but no one answered. I also emailed the contact address provided four days ago and still haven't received any response. My next step will be to visit the restaurant in person to speak with someone. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and the quality of the food.
Waited 15 min for this. 12 tender family meal. $25. The chicken was dry and over cooked. Chicken nugget style. Lost my business for life. People work hard for there money. And feeding your family is pretty important. Thanks you for showing me why not to come to any Bojangles. No stars is what I would give you if I could.
Food was hot and fresh. Had to wait a few minutes for chicken to finish cooking, manager brought it out herself. Friendly and great customer service.
I'm fairly certain they only had 2 workers so I'm not even mad about the service being slow, young lady was apologetic and friendly. My 8 piece meal (a whole chicken) had 1 breast, 3 wings, 2 legs, and 2 thighs. Feel a little short changed when theyreplace a breast with a wing. Alas...first world problems.
Horrendously slow service, the attitudes and conduct of the staff members is almost comical. Felt like I was being punkd or something. Hope for even marginally better staff training and concern.
