I love dean&david meals and the staff is very nice. But I'm sure that there wasn't any Chicken in my Hot Teriyaki Chicken Wrap- I took small bites but there wasn't any. Now I think I didn't hit my Protein and paid with the only money I had left :
Super friendly staff! You simply order at the counter, pay directly and then wait about 10 minutes for your food. The portions are large. You pay around €10 16 per bowl. Overall you have a snack bar feel. I would come again : Small defects: The toilets weren't that clean. You take the cutlery yourself from such a small counter, I had the feeling that everyone touched the cutlery beforehand, which I found to be a bit unhygienic
I 've been a regular customer at Dean David in Potsdam for a long time and usually order every two to three days. That 's why I was so disappointed with my last order. I received two salads, each only half full. Mistakes can happen—especially when there 's a new employee on the team. I made that clear on the phone and showed her understanding. However, what was absolutely unacceptable was how I was treated afterward: During the phone call, my complaint was discussed loudly and dismissively in the background. On my second call, I asked to speak to the team leader. She claimed to be washing up and essentially said it was a perfectly normal order and asked what I wanted. Her tone was unfriendly, dismissive, and in no way solution-oriented. As a long-time regular customer, I didn 't feel taken seriously. There was no attempt at compromise, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue. I will now be requesting a refund through PayPal. During the call, I was told I was being treated very poorly. This kind of customer service is unacceptable to me. I can only advise against ordering from here at this time.
