Was Daniela Thoben at Caffè Positano a mag?
I went to this place by chance and took 4 aperitifs. We then asked for a daisy to share in 4. I was positively surprised by the attention and courtesy that we were reserved despite being occupying a table for few consummations in an extremely touristy place and on August 19 and almost at lunch time. So I give the maximum rating especially to staff. View all feedback.
What Alessio Zuccotti dislikes about Caffè Positano:
The place is for tourists and I do not recommend it if you want to experience a local experience. The view is priceless and is one of the few strengths of the room. The staff has an attitude that does not look to the customer and they are not well seen. Spectacular view of the Bay of Positano and very kind staff. we ate shawls with seafood and grilled squids, and they were both delicious! We will definitely come back!

Didn't have a gluten free menu but they did say they had gluten free pasta and alterations could be made to make most dishes gluten free. We had the lamb chops, which were completely unseasoned and very overcooked, and the potato crust sea bass, which was just a sea bass fillet with a few potato crisps/chips on it, not sure if this was how it normally comes or an alteration for gluten free. Either way, we soon found out the crisps weren't gluten free as my partner had a strong reaction to the meal. On top of everything the service was absolute ****, and the waiter very visibly rolled his eyes at us when we asked about gluten free food. Would avoid at all costs.
