**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Comfort and Disappointment** Located conveniently off the highway, this diner offers all-day breakfast and homemade soup, making it an appealing stop for travelers. While some appreciate the comfort food, like the famously rich sausage gravy and satisfying chicken noodle soup, others find inconsistencies in portion sizes and quality. Service is generally friendly, with capable staff who strive to meet customer expectations. However, some diners have reported issues, such as overcooked eggs and unremarkable ambiance. Overall, this restaurant serves as a reliable, if not extraordinary, option for those seeking a quintessential diner experience.

Was Devin V at Bob Evans a mag?
We don't have any Bob Evans locations in Canada so despite this not being anything overly special we enjoyed coming here on the end of our road trip. The inside is a little bland and later on when it's quiet... a bit dreary to be honest. But, all day breakfast? Check. Fresh hot coffee at any time? Check. Homemade soup? Check. Decent pricing? What Julie Delaney dislikes about Bob Evans:
I got the chicken noodle soup the qt. From ordering it before there was really not enough noodles. It looked like four fish and a great big pondParking: Plenty parking options for handicapped View all feedback.
The food was excellent, and the friendly service staff contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. It's definitely one of the best places in town to try!

I rarely ever order biscuits with sausage gravy but man is the sausage gravy good! and they give you a great big bowl! I had enough leftover to put on my hashbrowns. The little slices of banana bread they give you are a bit odd but they're a decent addition so I won't complain. Comfort food at it's best.
The food was exactly what we expected from a diner—typical and satisfying. Our waitress, who normally works as a hostess but was filling in, was outstanding. She was honest about her experience and did a fantastic job of managing our expectations. Whenever she didn't know the answer to a question, she made sure to ask her colleagues. I have no complaints at all. I'd definitely come back!
This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was quite tasty, and I can be quite particular, so that’s saying something! Our server, Dawn, was absolutely charming and incredibly patient with us, especially since we were visiting from across the border. The manager was also very nice. I definitely recommend checking out this place!
