Tucked in a busy shopping complex, the cafe delivers hit-or-miss experiences: plentiful parking and speedy drinks when staffed well, but frequent long waits, order errors, and uneven food quality—burnt wraps, oily hash browns, wrong donuts and bagels with off smells. Service ranges from rude and understaffed to warmly helpful employees and attentive supervisors who correct mistakes. Expect variable service depending on time and personnel; peak periods appear especially problematic.
This Dunkin' location is often disorganized. I understand there’s a worker shortage, but I’ve seen only two employees handling both the lobby and drive-thru at the same time. Having worked in food service, I can tell these workers are clearly overworked and stretched too thin. They should consider closing either the lobby or the drive-thru if staffing is insufficient. Additionally, this location frequently runs out of items. I’ve come several times this fall hoping to get pumpkin-flavored treats like donuts, munchkins, and muffins, but they’re always sold out. The coffee often tastes like the espresso shots have been sitting out and are not fresh. The other Pooler Dunkin’ location is much better.
Just a heads up before I begin, I usually agree with most of the reviews, but today was a different experience. Finally, I encountered employees who were friendly and honest—no more being told, "Yes, I made this grilled cheese sandwich myself," only to find out it was microwaved, not grilled. That was my last disappointing visit to Dunkin'. This time, I met Devin and Bree, two Dunkin’ employees who made me feel welcome and got my order right—a large frozen hot chocolate. They set the standard for great service. No photos this time because it just wasn’t necessary.
This Dunkin’ is a disaster. There were no managers on duty, and they said they were completely out of cold drinks—I don’t even know how that’s possible. The entire place was run by two very young employees who probably aren’t even 18. Corporate shows no interest in supporting them. Several people have contacted corporate to offer assistance, but there’s been no response. I completely avoid this location.
Waste of money, Rude employees, and horrible service. The bagels we ordered with cream cheese smelled like cleaning bleach, and tasted bad our order of donuts were wrong and our coffees (2) were ordered with cream and sugar and they had nothing add tothem! We asked for napkins twice and they just never responded. What a waste of money$
