My family and I visited this restaurant and had a great experience. The food selection was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. What Moe dislikes about Asian River:
Not very clean as you can see the dust was built up on the wire around these bottles and some of the bottles looked very old a cruddy.Service was a 3.5/5 server said she’d worked a double so she was tired. I didn’t get all of the food I ordered so I told them to cancel it. It was frustrating to see our server chatting with coworkers and not taking our orders promptly. We were left waiting for a long time before she finally came to our table. Additionally, if a family has children who are acting up, it would be better for the server to give them space rather than giving them dirty looks. We were doing our best to manage our kids' behavior in the restaurant.

The location in pooler is not as clean as the one in Savannah near the Oglethorpe mall. The food is surprisingly worse at the pooler location. We also found a mosquito in our food.Food: 1/5
Walked through the door with 5 of us and was greeted with attitude and some attempt to get us to all to buy the all you can eat because...they only had one menu available. Weird...Waitress came to us and insisted on taking our order after we asked for a couple more minutes.Drinks come to you in gas station styrofoam cups. When our order started coming out, it was like a slow drip. 1 piece of the order every few minutes, leaving most of the table waiting 10+ minutes so we could all eat together...not to mention part of the order didn 't come out until we asked about it...Want good service? Don 't come here. Want cleanliness? Don 't come here. No idea who is an employee and who isn 't because the entire staff is in street clothes.Let 's not talk about the price vs the quality....oof. Ok...let 's. Apparently they tag on a 20% forced tip for 5 people. Pretty cool to get away with treating customers like trash and bring them trash food when you know you 're making $25 in tips off of them anyway.Better off to Panda Express even.
I’m sorry but the food was so bland not a lick of salt or pepper. The meat and veggies were very fresh and cooked nicely that’s why I gave it two stars. Customer service is not the best especially for the all you can eat. It takes 15 minutes to flag down your server to place your next order. They are very sweet and helpful though. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back.
