**Dining Experience: A Mixed Bag of Cuisine and Service** This restaurant elicits a spectrum of reactions, from disappointing meals to heartwarming moments. Attempts to communicate dissatisfaction were often met with dismissive responses from staff. However, acts of kindness among customers and staff occasionally shine through, with instances of regulars being aided during tough moments. On a brighter note, some dishes—like the fresh tilapia—receive praise, though issues with the soda fountain detract from the experience. The drive-thru had a bit of a wait, but the service was friendly. I ordered the lunch tilapia special, and it was fresh, hot, and loaded with sauce! I absolutely loved it! However, my yellow cake wasn't fresh and had a sour smell, likely from the milk, so I didn't eat it.
This place is selling calamari as fried conch!!! I ordered a half pound of fried conch with wings and french fries. I also ordered the seafood rice. The chicken was bland and lacking flavor and the seafood rice was just awful!!! The only item that was good were the fries. If you order conch, take a look at it before leaving. Never again!!!
The food was fresh, hot, and fantastic as always, but this location has an issue with their soda fountain machines. All the soft drinks have an odd taste, reminiscent of disinfectant and with a bleachy smell. I've noticed this during my last three visits. It's really disappointing. Enjoy the food, but I recommend getting your drinks somewhere else.
The food was awful and after a genuine attempt to correct the issue I quickly learned the customer service is even worse. The individual at the counter suggested I choose another menu item after I informed them that their food was not edible. I broughtmy entire purchase back to the restaurant after realizing that not only was the food not fresh, it was also over cooked andunder seasoned. I ordered three different menu items and none of them were edible. The rice was soggy and unseasoned, the fishwas over cooked and tasted like it had been sitting out on the counter, and the shrimp had no seasoning at all. The individualat the counter told me if I don?t like what I order ?then don?t order again?. I left the entire order on the counter.
Was here June 25, 2022. This place is a little gem. Got her 2:30pm. In time for their lunch specials which end at 3pm. Great price. They're sitting if you want to dine in. There are many cars at the drive thru. Very busy. During the time I wait formy food. I've witnessed a very kind gesture. A woman probably their regular . Try to pay for her food with a declinedcredit card. So she starts to leave. Long story short. The man could be a manager didn't charge for her food. Maybe hepay for her. I really like people with kind heart and help what they can. Good luck with the business. For you hire such goodpeople ????????
