I ordered bring food on 03/02/2025. It was entered into the system as delivered after 1 hour and 10 minutes, but it did not arrive. Getir customer service said the delivery information was entered incorrectly and it would arrive immediately. I waited another 20 minutes, asked again, and they said they could not reach you. Come on, the people at home didn't hear the bell, so what if you called... No, the courier friend did a better job and left the package in the mailbox. Imagine it in the mailbox in a 15-storey building with 48 flats... After 3 hours, the neighbor saw it and informed us, it smelled, we threw it in the trash. It is really unfortunate that a business that has been serving in Polatli for years works with couriers who hate their jobs.
