Nestled in the Shops at Legacy, Nebb Flo offers a charming atmosphere that could be ideal for a casual outing. Diners rave about vibrant drinks and fun cocktails, with standout items like the shrimp and Alfredo toast. However, the food experience varies; while the Cubano egg rolls and sweet potato waffle fries earn praise, other menu items fall short on flavor. Service also received mixed reviews, ranging from attentive to lackluster. Despite the occasional hiccup with billing and quality, the restaurant maintains a lively vibe, making it a spot worth checking out for drinks and the right company.

What Agustin Barrows dislikes about Ebb Flow:
The nightmare continued when it was time to pay. They tried to keep the $100 deposit that was supposed to be refunded. I had to argue with the waitress, manager, and bartender to show them the menu prices and prove that we had paid in full, without the supposed discounts they claimed to have applied. The nightmare continued when it was time to pay. They tried to keep the $100 deposit that was supposed to be refunded. I had to argue with the waitress, manager, and bartender to show them the menu prices and prove that we had paid in full, without the supposed discounts they claimed to have applied. Each person in our group was charged individually for their meals and drinks, but they tried to claim that the $100 deposit had covered it. After an hour of dispute, we finally got our money back. What was supposed to be a fun girls' night out turned into a disaster at nebb flo.
I visited this restaurant one evening with my mother after treating her to a spa day. We sat at the bar and the bartender whipped up a delicious virgin Grapefruit chocolate drink for me. The service from the host and bartender was excellent - they were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Although I didn't have any food, the drinks and ambiance were so inviting that I can't wait to come back for dinner.
However, the food was mediocre. We started with the Cubano egg rolls, which were interesting but a bit pricey at $9.99 for 3 rolls. They were beautifully presented, but I still prefer traditional Asian egg rolls. We also tried the California, patty melt, and Mahi-Mahi sandwiches, which they call "handhelds" on the menu. The croissant on the California sandwich was soggy and the overall taste was unimpressive. The Mahi-Mahi had a nice seasoning, but it was too salty for our liking. Even my friend who enjoys salty food thought it was too much. I had to drink water and eat other things in between to finish it. The best of the three was the patty melt. For sides, we tried the hand-cut fries, sea salt kettle chips, and sweet potato waffle fries. They were all good, but my favorite was the sweet potato waffle fries. The pasta salad was also tasty with a sweet and spicy contrast to the overly salty Mahi-Mahi sandwich. The service was okay. Our waiter was friendly, but not as attentive as we would have liked. We had to ask for water refills more often than we would have preferred.

We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The staff was accommodating and welcoming and even went to the restaurant next door to find me a lighter for her cake! The restaurant is small but quaint. It’s a perfect photo place for teen girls. Not to mention the food was delicious! I highly recommend the cubano egg rolls. We will be back!
